Joanne presents the May Block Lotto block - Summer School
Make your fishes with bright Batiks or Marbles please -either solid or tone on tone WHITE background

All information needed to make these under Block Lotto on the dashboard at the top of the blog page.
Giselle and friends sorted and counted our Hospice blocks. If you are planning on making blocks, please check with us to see which ones we still need for our May 25th Sew Day.
We introduced a Bring and Buy table and netted $57.00 on our first night! All proceeds will be used to purchase backing and batting for the Hospice Project. This is an ongoing project so please consider donating!
Tonights program was Quilt As You Go with Darline Ashford
One of the tools Darline recommended for ease of execution.
Giselle gets set up to give the technique a try.

Jodi, Clara and Louise discuss Quilt As You Go with Darline while further down the table Sue gives it a try.

Our newest member Susan jumps in with both feet!
All Darline's the large quilts brought in to show us were quilted using Quilt As You Go and Betty Lou, June and Debbie take a closer look.

Yvonne used double batting in this beauty in order to get that lovely definition.
